St. Patrick Fractions mixed problems mystery puzzle
Are you looking for a fun way to practice mixed problems with fractions?
One
of the main problem that we find when we are teaching fractions, is for
students to identify when do they have to add or subtract or multiply,
etc. This activity is a very fun way fir students to read different
problems and identify what they have to do.
It is a self-checking digital puzzle that includes
16 exercises where students have to solve problems. Every time they
answer correctly a piece of a mystery puzzle will appear! If they answer
incorrectly, the cell will turn red for students to check their work
and try again!
It accepts simplified answers.
You
will download a PDF that has a link for a Google Sheet with the
activity for the students. It is self-checking and you will also have
the answers in the PDF as a reference.
